Aran Law Associates is a law firm based in Chennai. The firm advises and represents individuals, businesses, employers, property owners and other clients on legal matters arising in Tamil Nadu, and appears before the Madras High Court, the City Civil Court, the Debt Recovery Tribunal at Chennai and the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench.
The firm’s work concentrates on three principal areas: property law, debt recovery and employment. Within these areas the advocates handle both advisory work reviewing documents, drafting agreements and notices, and assessing legal risk and contested matters before courts and tribunals.
Every matter is approached on its own facts. The firm reviews the documents, identifies the legal issues that actually arise, and sets out the available options and their likely cost and timeline before any step is taken. Outcomes in litigation depend on the evidence, the applicable law and the forum, and the firm does not offer assurances about results.
