- DELHI HC – LAWYER RECEIVES NOTICE FROM DELHI HIGH COURT FOR INTERFERING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS – The Delhi High Court has given a lawyer a show-cause notice for interfering with court proceedings, verbally abusing a sitting judge, and causing unruly in the judge’s courtroom.
- KER HC – IN FAMILY CASES, KER. HC PERMITS PARTIES TO SEEK THE DELETION OF PERSONAL IDENTITIES. – In cases involving family and matrimonial matters, the Kerala High Court ruled that personal information of parties may not be published on the website of the High Court if those parties so request. The court also allowed masking of individual identities in situations where the law does not recognise an open court system.

- P & H HC – IN THE CASE OF THE CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY VIDEO LEAK, P&H HC GRANTS BAIL TO ARMY PERSONNEL. Sanjeev Singh, an Army officer who was detained in connection with the Chandigarh University video leak case, was granted bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, which noted that since the investigation was completed, the accused could not be held in custody indefinitely.
