5. The allegations made in the FIR by the complainant are false, baseless, and a fabricated story.
6. No recovery is pending in the case, and nothing remains to be recovered from the petitioner.
7. The petitioner commits to cooperating with the investigation whenever required by the police of ____ Police Station.
8. The petitioner has no intention of absconding or evading trial.
9. The petitioner pledges not to tamper with evidence or influence witnesses.
